"Talkin' Ugly Truth, Tellin' Pretty Lies" di Bruce Sudano (vedovo di Donna Summer) è un lavoro sincero, fatto con passione ed amore dove il cantautorato roots americano incrocia il soul e lo fa in modo intimo, senza urlare e con grande qualità come il singolo "Bad Girls" che vi propondo a margine dell'articolo.

Il talentuoso cantautore statunitense, noto per le sue coinvolgenti narrazioni d'amore, cuori spezzati, sofferenze e profonde riflessioni spirituali, ha intrapreso la sua carriera musicale sin dall'età di 13 anni.

Dopo aver iniziato a suonare con la sua prima band, Sudano ha continuato a formarne diverse nel corso degli anni, tra cui The Silent Souls, Doctors We’re Not, The Fifth Prophecy, Alive N Kickin e i Brooklyn Dreams, quest'ultimo noto per numerosi successi in classifica.

Oltre al suo ruolo di performer, la carriera di Sudano si è estesa a livello internazionale come autore, contribuendo con brani di successo per artisti del calibro di Donna Summer, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Michael e Jermaine Jackson.
